Portobello Capital acquired a minority stake of Plexus Tech, a leading Galician company in the IT sector. This will support the growth and financing of the acquisitions that the technology firm is carrying out to expand its activity into new services and countries.
• LLYC, a global Corporate Affairs and Marketing consulting firm, announced the acquisition of Lambert, a strategic communications firm. The acquisition represents the largest in LLYC’s history and aligns with its Strategic Plan, expanding its footprint in the U.S.
• Babel strengthens its global position and consolidates its position as one of OutSystems’ top five global partners with the acquisition of the Portuguese company KinetIT – a Babel company.
• The acquisition of MICRODECO by Tekpolio. This move ensures the continuity of the historic automotive parts manufacturing company. With this acquisition expands its portfolio in the high-precision machining sector.
• Bechtle purchases Zaragoza-based iDoo Tech a B2B Apple Authorized Reseller in Spain. Headquartered in Zaragoza, the company has branches in Madrid and Barcelona, employs 13 staff and achieved revenues of 6.4 million euros in the 2023.

• ShopFully, the European leader in Drive to Store, connecting millions of shoppers with local in-store sales, announces the acquisition of Ofertia’s website and app. Ofertia is the Spanish marketplace launched in 2011 that aggregates offers and promotions from a wide range of retailers and brands.
• ENVAPLASTER, backed by the Pina family and Stellum Capital, has acquired SARABIA PACK to enhance its product range and reinforce its 2021-2025 Business Plan. This move aims to position Envaplaster as a key player in the food tray manufacturing sector.
• Tiko, a Spanish proptech company, has acquired Housell, becoming the largest digital real estate agency in Spain and Portugal. The acquisition allows Tiko to serve all regions in Spain and aims to increase its transaction volume tenfold.
• SOGRAPE, Portugal’s largest wine company, has enhanced its position in the Spanish market by acquiring Viña Mayor. This acquisition not only strengthens Sogrape’s presence in Spain but also marks a new era for the iconic winery located in Ribera del Duero’s prestigious “Golden Mile”.
• Cityscoot — a provider of shared mopeds that are popular in Paris and raised 80 million euros — has found a buyer in Spanish competitor Cooltra, who is set to acquire the French startup for €400k.
