Spain registered a total of 55 corporate transactions in 2024, the highest number in the last three years, a trend that will continue in 2025.

2024 has been a year of economic transition, with the first interest rate cuts by the Fed and ECB since inflation control measures were put in place in 2022, pointing to a more stable financial environment.

However, this has not slowed down the movement of corporate operations in the Transport and Logistics sector, as this is a strategic activity for supply chains and has great potential for consolidation in Spain, attracting industrial and financial investors.
