During the first quarter of 2025, trading volume has returned to expected levels, with a total of 12 transactions closed, leaving behind the exceptionality recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.

As we have pointed out on previous occasions, the year 2024 represented a milestone for the technology consulting sector in Spain, marked by relevant corporate operations led by leading private equity funds and renowned national firms.

The year closed with a record volume of transactions. However, the start of 2025 points to a clear change in trend in market dynamics.
