Yesterday, Tuesday, May 20th, we were at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues de Alcobendas in Madrid, giving a class to the students of the master’s degree in financial markets and investment banking on the evolution of an M&A process.

Pablo Gómez Hidalgo de Cisneros, partner at Albia, presented our company to the students and shared for 2 hours his knowledge about each of the parts of the M&A process as well as his experiences and learnings in the transactions closed by Albia.

Albia has a Community of corporate finance enthusiasts that contributes to the dissemination of informative content around mergers and acquisitions.
