Urkabe Benetan and Ameztoi create a group to become a reference in the national precooked food market.
Urkabe Benetan, a company owned by Stellum Food&Tech since 2024, and Ameztoi, both Basque companies operating in the pre-cooked meals sector in Spain, have created a group to be a referent in the national market, diversify its product portfolio, both in the retail channel and in the horeca, and boost its growth in the international market.
These companies will exceed 40 million in combined turnover and will have a workforce of 150 professionals in their two production plants. With this union, the Ameztoi family will become a shareholder of Urkabe Benetan and will continue to lead the company’s activity.
