Degree in Business Administration and Management and Degree in Law from the University of Salamanca (USAL). MBA in Family Business Management at IME Business School (USAL). He has taken several ESG courses at the Training School of the Foundation for Financial Studies (FEF).

He worked for 4 years at the Multidisciplinary Business Institute (IME) as head of operations, coordinating the areas of training, research and consulting, participating in several business valuation and strategic consulting projects.

In 2017, he founded Empresax, an M&A boutique distinguished by the application of innovative methodologies and technology. In recent years he has led numerous projects in the purchase and sale of companies, valuation and strategic consulting, especially in the food and beverage, organic farming, construction and services sectors.  He is co-founder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Podcast, where he interviews entrepreneurs, managers and investors. Every month he organizes “Cañax”, an afterwork that has become a meeting point for those interested in M&A and Private Equity in Spain.

He coordinates a book club in the Alexandreia association, whose mission is to expand the culture of books and conversation.

In 2023 and after the merger of Empresax and Albia, he joined as a partner in the Madrid office.
