With a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Actuary of Financial and Insurance Sciences and CIA by the IIA of Florida, he began his career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, leading strategy, Corporate Finance and consulting projects. He then joined TALDE, a Venture Capital firm, as Investment Director. He was Head of Division at IBERDROLA for 5 years, advising one of the committees of the Board of Directors on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on the development of the group’s businesses.

In 2004, as a result of his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded IMAP Albia Capital and has since been involved in more than 50 mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, many of them cross-border (Europe, America, Africa, Middle East and India). He has also carried out several financial restructuring and company valuations.

He has been a director and CEO of Granville Private Equity Spain, a private equity firm, and a member of boards of directors of industrial and service companies. He is a regular speaker at Corporate Finance and M&A courses and seminars.
