• reclamador.es acquired Abogados Para Tus Deudas, a Barcelona-based law firm focusing on Spain’s Second Chance Law. As part of this transaction, French firm IMPACT Partners has joined Reclamador’s shareholder base, contributing its shares in Abogados para tus Deudas and investing an additional €2 million.
• OCP Group, phosphate-based plant and animal nutrition solutions player and Fertinagro Biotech, a major Spanish fertilizer producer, announced that OCP Group has acquired an additional 25% of the capital of GlobalFeed, bringing OCP Group’s total stake to 75%.
• Transgourmet Ibérica, a distributor to the hospitality sector and proximity supermarkets, has acquired the Mallorcan food distribution group Moyà Saus.

• The global accounting, tax and payroll services firm Auxadi, has completed the acquisition of Afiens Legal SLP. In 2020 the British PE House Inflexion acquired a minority stake in Auxadi.
• The German automotive components giant Brose Group is expanding in the seating and upholstery segment with the acquisition of COVERCAR, S.A., a Catalonia-based family-owned company. Covercar will be integrated into the German conglomerate. The founding family will retain a minority stake.
• Servicios Ecológicos Navarra has acquired Hierros Ezquerro, a waste management plant in the Jundiz Industrial Park in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
• Fútbol Emotion, a leading distributor of specialized football equipment, has acquired the Italian The Pitch Football Store. In May 2022, Fútbol Emotion joined Tansley (GPF Partners).
• MAPFRE has strengthened its alliance with the Italian insurer Vittoria Assicurazioni S.p.A. As part of the agreement, Vittoria will acquire 49.9% of MAWDY Services Italia, MAPFRE’s assistance subsidiary in Italy, specializing in automotive services. Simultaneously, MAWDY will take a 49.9% stake in Vittoria’s startups through a new joint venture, Vittoria Servizi Legali, which includes ComeStai and Easy Legal, focused on healthcare and legal services. Additionally, MAPFRE will acquire a 1.4% stake in Vittoria Assicurazioni, further strengthening its presence in the Italian market.
