KBV Group has become a prominent player in Spain and Portugal in premium kitchen furniture after acquiring DOCA Muebles. This move is part of a strategic growth initiative by Abac Capital, which previously merged OB Cocinas and Delta Cocinas to form KBV.
Mirai Investments, has acquired two Catalan companies, LABORATORIOS COPER SL and JUMSA COSMETIC SL, which specialize in manufacturing cosmetic and perfumery products. This acquisition aims to expand Folder’s geographic reach in the Basque Country. With this acquisition, Folder now operates over 150 stores across Spain and aims to increase its total to 160, targeting €100 million in revenue this year.
