• Umbrella Global Energy, a global company focused on key sectors such as solar energy, electric mobility and energy storage technology, has reached a strategic agreement with Zouk Capital LLP to bring its specialized infrastructure fund into Umbrella e-mobility, a subsidiary focused on the development of electric vehicle fast charging stations.
• MHP announced the signing of a SPA with shareholders representing more than 41% of the share capital of Grupo Uvesa, one of the leading poultry production companies in Spain.
• Rubén Martínez has reacquired 100% ownership of Grupo Avícola Rujamar by purchasing the 25% stake held by Tresmares Capital. Tresmares joined Rujamar in 2020, during which time the company tripled its revenue to €75 million and reached an EBITDA of €25 million.
• Bollo Natural Fruit, a company backed by Fremman Capital, has acquired CORTIJO CUEVAS SL (GOROS Investments), a Granada-based firm specializing in fresh-cut fruit, marking its entry into the fourth range segment of ready-to-eat, packaged fruit.
• Spanish digital marketing and strategy firm t2ó ONE has acquired Canadian media agency Rebel & Thorn in a deal valued at approximately €20 million. The acquisition strengthens t2ó ONE’s presence in North America, where it expects to generate 30% of its EBITDA in 2025. In 2024, t2ó ONE reported €180 million in gross revenue, €44 million in net income, and €14 million in EBITDA.
• US-based cybersecurity company Lumu Technologies acquired Maltiverse, a Spain-based threat intelligence company specializing in curated threat feeds and malicious indicators of compromise (IOCs). This strategic acquisition enhances Lumu’s ability to provide customers with deeper compromise context and strengthens its real-time threat intelligence capabilities.
• Audience intelligence platform Audiense was acquired by Buxton, a US-based leader in customer analytics. The merger aims to transform consumer intelligence by combining Audiense’s advanced audience segmentation with Buxton’s three decades of experience in analyzing consumer behavior for over 3,400 brands.
• Grupo Ezentis has acquired 55% of EDA Instalaciones y Energía s.l. for €8 million through its subsidiary, Ezentis Instalaciones y Mantenimiento.
