Yesterday April 27th we had the pleasure of giving a talk on Refinancing and Alternative Financing at the Marketing Club of Navarra.
Fernando Cabos and Pablo Gómez had the pleasure of sharing with all the attendees, both in person and online, the characteristics of a Refinancing and/or Financing Search process.
Throughout history, all kinds of situations have occurred periodically (financial, technological, raw materials, etc.), which have led to an economic crisis. All of them have one thing in common: the market is dramatically reduced, the liquidity situation is strained and there are doubts about how to face the future, and the case we are currently experiencing is no different. The key to the survival of the company is its rapid adaptation to the new scenario, the adoption of measures which, in many cases, will involve restructuring, for which it will be necessary to have the financial resources required to undertake such restructuring.
