DealHaus | IMAP (IMAP Denmark) advised the owners of Stellini – Kaffehus siden 1999, operator of a micro-roastery delivering tailor-made coffee solutions to the Danish business community, to Reledo, specialized in facility management, and backed by Celero Capital.

 

IMAP Germany (IMAP Germany) advised the shareholder of proQuest Computersysteme GmbH, the company behind Airquest, a high performance flight fulfillment software solution, on the sale to Travelsoft, a leading Travel SaaS group based in Paris.

 

VITALE (IMAP Italy) advised ACIES Srl – Coca-Cola SIBEG, CCBS, Tepelene on finalizing an agreement to acquire Beltè, a historic Italian brand active in the production of tea, from Refresco.

 

Capstone Partners (IMAP USA) advised Variphy, Inc., a leading provider of unified communications analytics, reporting and management solutions, on its sale to Valsoft Corporation.

 

The Corporate Finance Group (TCFG) (IMAP Switzerland) advised Quickline AG, a company with strong expertise in telecommunications and energy, in connection with the entry of fenaco as a minority shareholder in Quickline Holding AG. The Fenaco cooperative has deep roots in agriculture, food, energy and retail.

 

VITALE (IMAP Italy) acted as advisor to ITAGO SGR S.p.A. on the sale of Panificio San Francesco Spa,  a leading Italian company active in the production of pre-cooked and frozen bread for large-scale distribution, to Lantmännen, a European group in the agri-food and bakery sector.

 

Degroof Petercam (IMAP Belgium) advised the shareholders of Diresco – Serving Surfaces, a manufacturer of mineral composite worktops for kitchens and bathrooms with unique Bio-UV technology, on its successful sale to the Schelfhout family.

 

Falls River Group (IMAP USA) served as financial advisor to enVerid Systems, Inc. on Daikin Applied Americas‘ exclusive licensing of Sorbent Ventilation Technology (R), the HVAC industry’s leading sorbent-based indoor air quality solution.

 

DealHaus | IMAP (IMAP Denmark) advised the owners of Harper & Vedel, one of the engineering and consulting industry’s niche leaders, strongly positioned in the pharma and biotech industries, in connection with its sale to XPartners Group, owned by Axcel.

 

VITALE (IMAP Italy) acted as financial advisor to Banca Popolare di Sondrio, supporting in the valuation analysis and providing strategic assistance, within the execution of an agreement with Nexi S.p.A. (part of Nexi Group) for the sale of the business unit related to merchant acquiring activities, as well as for the disposal of the minority stake held in Nexi Payments.
