In the workshop given by Alejandro Azcona, partner at Albia, we were able to present to ESADE students the M&A process from start to finish, what qualities you need to have to dedicate yourself to mergers and acquisitions and also work on a practical case of valuation and sale of a company.

Irache Estebaranz, our Marketing Director, was able to present our company to the students beforehand, and also our M&A community with which to connect and participate through all our communication channels,

In addition, we were lucky to have Joaquín Blázquez, COO of IMAP, who is an ESADE alumni and who was able to explain to those present the international scope of IMAP and the value of our international organization.
