IMAP Albia Capital advises Mago Equity and its investee Igneo on the acquisition of environmental consultancy Emberiza

Igneo, an environmental consultancy specializing in engineering in sectors such as the transport and distribution of electricity, power generation with conventional and renewable sources, transport and distribution of natural gas and preservation of the environment, has acquired 100% of the capital of Emberiza.

The transaction has been advised on the purchase of IMAP Albia Capital, being a clear example of the company’s scope in transactions with a high component in energy transition and ESG and represents for Igneo an important step in its growth.
