Albia IMAP, a leading Spanish firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and corporate development advisory services for middle-market companies, has acted as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction through which SEGITEC Seguridad y Salud has been integrated into the Spanish industrial group GTM. This transaction highlights the growing market interest in companies specialized in safety, health, and risk prevention within construction and industrial environments, as well as the dynamism of the technical services industry.
Through this transaction, SEGITEC embarks on a new phase of growth based on its specialization and technical expertise, while benefiting from the synergies and partnerships offered by the group. The company has developed a value proposition focused on occupational safety and prevention, progressively expanding its service portfolio to meet the needs of the sector. Its main business lines include the implementation of collective protection systems, installation and certification of lifelines, preparation of health and safety plans and studies, construction site coordination, deployment of prevention technicians and preventive resources, as well as training, capacity building, and supply of materials.
