ALBIA IMAP advises AKT on its sale to CIE AUTOMOTIVE

 

 

CIE AUTOMOTIVE, Global supplier of components, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the automotive market has acquired the automotive component manufacturer AKT Plastics.

Through this acquisition, CIE increases its production capacity in the plastics segment as well as its presence in the Volkswagen Group.
