ALBIA IMAP advises AKT on its sale to CIE AUTOMOTIVE



CIE AUTOMOTIVE, Global supplier of components, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the automotive market has acquired the automotive component manufacturer AKT Plastics.

Through this acquisition, CIE increases its production capacity in the plastics segment as well as its presence in the Volkswagen Group.



CIE AUTOMOTIVE, a listed company, has 114 production centers located in more than 100 different locations, spread over 16 countries on 4 continents: Mexico and the USA in North America, Brazil in South America, Morocco in Africa, more than 40 countries in Europe and 35 in Asia spread between India and China. through M&A transactions.
