• GPF Partners has acquired NOX Sport, a padel brand, to leverage the sport’s growing popularity in new geographical markets and accelerate its international strategy. Founded in 2008 and based in Barcelona, NOX is known for its high-end padel rackets and sports equipment.
• Scalian (Wendel) consolidates its cybersecurity business with the acquisition of Dulin Technologies, a specialist in cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM).
• Uvesco (PAI Partners), operating under the BM Supermercados brand, has expanded its presence in Madrid by acquiring Supermercados Hiber Sa. This deal includes the transfer of 31 stores, increasing Uvesco’s total to 79 in the region and adding 800 employees.
• Everwood Capital, through its transport and logistics fund, has acquired 100% of TRANSAEZ, a La Rioja-based logistics operator specializing in the cold storage and distribution of food products.
• LUXMETIQUE, a nutricosmetic laboratory, has announced a minority investment from Tresmares Capital. This partnership is aimed at fueling Luxmetique’s growth and investment in clinical research, as well as its international expansion efforts.

• Italy-based Intellera Consulting (Gyrus Capital) has acquired PredictBy – the Spanish research and advisory company specialized in the Life Science sector. PredictBy’s acquisition is Intellera’s first outside-Italy operation.
• EDUCA EDTECH Group (Aurica Capital) has acquired CEUPE – Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa, a business school specializing in online higher education.
• CICROSA HIDRAULICA Hidráulica, a company specialising in hydraulic cylinders founded in 1989, has welcomed Tresmares Capital into its shareholding structure. Cicrosa, now under second-generation leadership, operates in 50 countries, focusing on clients in agricultural, civil engineering, and industrial machinery sectors.
• Peruvian Valora Tecavi has acquired a 40% stake in PRODUCTOS FLORIDA, S.A., a poultry company based in Castellón. This strategic move aims to strengthen Valora Tecavi’s position in the poultry sector and expand its market presence.
• Affidea, a European provider of advanced diagnostic and outpatient services, has acquired the Smile Design Center by Joan Autran in Barcelona specializing in advanced dental aesthetics. This acquisition expands Affidea’s services in Spain, where it now operates 44 centers.
