IMAP Albia Capital ha asesorado a CAF (Construcción y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles, S.A.) en la adquisición de una participación en la empresa navarra ORBITAL Sistemas Aeroespaciales, S.L.

CAF es un referente global en el sector ferroviario, con una amplia oferta tanto en material rodante como en componentes, infraestructuras, señalización y servicios relacionados con el mismo (mantenimiento,rehabilitación y servicios financieros).
La empresa da empleo a más de 8.000 personas en todo el mundo, facturó 1.477 M€ en 2017 y cotiza en el Mercado Continuo, en el que actualmente capitaliza en torno a 1.400 M€.
ORBITAL SISTEMAS AEROESPACIALES
Orbital es una empresa con sede en Pamplona que proporciona a sus clientes servicios en el ámbito de la ingeniería de desarrollo de sistemas críticos en los sectores aeronáutico, espacial y ferroviario.
La empresa facturó más de 5 M€ en 2017 y da empleo a cerca de 100 trabajadores en sus centros de Pamplona, Madrid y Ulm (Alemania).

IMAP Albia Capital has advised CAF (Construcción y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles, S.A.) in its acquisition of a stake in the Navarre company, ORBITAL Sistemas Aeroespaciales, S.L.
By acquiring a stake in ORBITAL, the Guipuzcoa-based multinational enters the aeroespace niche in the critical systems engineering sector, complementing its previous activity in the railway sector.
