Graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Deusto, specialising in Finance. He has completed the Advanced Programme in Structured Finance and Venture Capital at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School).

Aitor is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute).

He started his career at PwC, where he led projects in the Banking, Private Equity and Capital Markets sectors for 5 years.

He is currently a Partner at IMAP Albia Capital, where he joined in 2010. He has participated in more than 40 M&A and valuation projects in sectors such as animal feed, animal health, automotive components, software and architecture, among others.

Aitor coordinates M&A opportunities coming from the IMAP organisation and specialises in closing cross-border transactions.

He teaches the M&A module within the IEB’s Master in Corporate Finance.
