Week 45 in M&A &  Private Equity:

Miura Partners, has acquired HTBA (HealthTech BioActives) (The Riverside Company), a Barcelona-based company specializing in natural ingredients, with production facilities in Beniel, Murcia. HTBA, known for its citrus flavonoids and active vitamin B12 for pharmaceutical, nutritional, and animal feed markets.

Artá Capital, through its Artá Capital Fund III, acquired a 75% stake in ONIX, a family-owned company specializing in premium glass mosaics for pool finishes.

• Private equity firm Nexxus Iberia has acquired a majority stake in Vivo, an imaging diagnostics services company with seven clinics across Andalusia, Madrid, and Aragón, generating around €20 million annually with an EBITDA of €3-4 million.

• Talde Gestión S.G.E.I.C., S.A. has acquired a majority stake in Discarlux S.L., one of the European leaders in the processing and distribution of red meat in the premium segment, with the objective of driving its next phase of growth that will allow it to consolidate its position as the leader in its market.

Renta Corporación has brought BC Partners Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of international investment firm BC Partners, on board as a shareholder in Cabe Trasteros Urbanos, its business line focused on urban self-storage.

Accumin (Cinven), an independent real estate advisory group operating in 14 countries and owner of companies like Tinsa, Deyde DataCentric, and urbanData Analytics in Spain, has acquired Zero Consulting by Accumin, an energy and sustainability consultancy.

Livesport, a Czech company known for its real-time sports information platform Flashscore, has acquired 100% of BeSoccer – Resultados de fútbol, a Spanish provider of live football scores, statistics, and news.

Proclinic Group, a Spanish dental solutions provider backed by Miura Partners, has acquired Dentalair, a Dutch dental distributor.

Grupo Amper acquired the remaining 49% stake in its subsidiary ELECTROTECNICA INDUSTRIAL Y NAVAL SA, giving it full ownership after an initial investment in 2020.

LOGÍSTICA REYCO SL, a logistics company based in Foz, has acquired the Basque group Sacytrans, increasing its annual turnover to €60 million. This acquisition expands Reyco’s fleet to 500 trucks and its workforce to 300 employees.
