• Software del Sol (TeamSystem) aquired 100% of Distrito K, a company based in Galicia. The company is primarily engaged in the development and licencing of ERP, accounting and tax software solutions for enterprises.
Metricool (Axon Partners Group) joins the team.blue group (Hg). Metricool, with over two million users and a current ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of €17m, offers an all-in-one toolbox to help businesses build brand awareness online.
