• GMV acquired 100% of Autek Ingeniería, a leading Spanish company in Cross-domain systems. Autek will be integrated into GMV’s group of companies.
• Sesa Spa, a leading player in technological innovation and digital services for the business sector, has acquired, through Var Group, Boot Systems and LBS Serveis, reinforcing its experience in the professional consulting and cloud computing sector in Spain.
• Cantabria Labs has sold its subsidiary Nutrición Médica to ProA Capital. Nutrición Médica specialises in the manufacture and marketing of nutritional formulas for patients with specific nutritional needs, chronic diseases, malnutrition and certain hospital treatments.
• Valladolid-based DGH ROBÓTICA, AUTOMATIZACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL, S.A.U. joins French GROUPE ADF. DGH Group thus joins an international group with extensive technological experience in the operation of smart and connected factories and with which it shares the same vision on robotics and automation, based on collaboration, intelligence and creativity.
• PHI Industrial, private equity firm backing companies such as Lladró and Café & Té, continues diversifying its portfolio in the industrial area with the acquisition of TEKNICALDE,,,SL from the founding family.
• ISS A/S (Spain) has acquired Grupo BN Facility Services, a company specialising in cleaning and outsourcing services. This transaction comes after the acquisition of Grupo Fissa, carried out in 2023, and is part of the company’s efforts to consolidate its market position.
• The French company Moria Surgical has closed an agreement to acquire 100% of OftalTech Solutions, a company focused on the marketing and distribution of ophthalmological products in Spain and Portugal.
• 52 Entertainment (Groupe HLD), the global leader in community games (bridge, e-sailing) and casual games has further expanded its presence in the gaming industry through the acquisition of BlackoutLab, a renowned casual games studio based in Barcelona.
• ProductLife Group, a global provider of regulatory, scientific, compliance, and digital transformation consulting services for the life sciences industry, acquired Outcomes’10 (A ProductLife Group Company), a Spanish life sciences consultancy providing patient access and evidence generation services.
• The company Supermercados El Jamón has become the owner of Supermercados CODI. The 26 supermarkets have a total store area of 21,322 m², which added to the current area of the group reaches 211,000 m² and a total of 292 stores.
