MCH Private Equity has acquired a minority stake in Portugal’s Global Health Company SANFIL MEDICINA, a leading regional healthcare group operating two hospitals and 16 clinics.

Ufenau Capital Partners AG has launched Provance Education, a new vocational training platform in Spain, through Ufenau VII. Provance combines three leading academies, Depol, Corporepol, and Geopol, specialized in preparing candidates for Spain’s State Security Forces exams.

• London-based Aries Global acquired Barcelona-founded conversational AI startup Hubtype, a WhatsApp official partner since 2018, with a team of 50 and handling over 15 million monthly business–customer interactions.

• Paris-based IMPACT Partners fund has made an €8 million minority investment in Aire Limpio, a Spanish company providing indoor air‑quality and building wellness solutions.

• Bilbao-based Agaleus has acquired Álava-headquartered Ekinoil, a specialist in industrial and automotive used-oil collection and transport founded in 1997.

Arteche, Spain-based electric equipment firm, has acquired 100% of Madrid-headquartered RTR Energía, specializing in power‑quality solutions like capacitors, reactors, and harmonic filters, in a bid to strengthen its grid‑reliability business.

Puig’s family, via Masats Coloring (Flamasats division), has acquired Distribuidora Universal S.L. (Dunsa) in La Garriga (Barcelona). With 30 years of experience, Dunsa produces Instant-brand glues and adhesive sticks and Playcolor markers, exporting to over 40 countries.
