• Bain & Company has acquired Spanish AI and ML specialist PiperLab to bolster its services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This acquisition will lead to a new Advanced Analytics and AI hub within Bain’s global Advanced Analytics Group. PiperLab, established in Madrid in 2015, provides data-driven solutions to enhance business operations and productivity.
• Amadeus announced the acquisition of Voxel, a provider of electronic invoice and B2B payment solutions for travel sellers, hotels, and other travel players. This will support Amadeus’ vision to deliver a smooth travel payment experience.
• Talde Gestión S.G.E.I.C., S.A. has acquired a majority stake in Plymouth Rubber Group, a Galician company specializing in electrical insulation tape.
• CINFA has expanded its product portfolio by acquiring the gynecological product range from Adamed Laboratorios S.L.U. This transaction aims to strengthen Cinfa’s presence in the gynecological healthcare sector.
• Oreka IT has strengthened its offerings for SMEs by acquiring the Catalan company Intarex, specializing in SAP Business One technology services. This move expands Oreka IT’s presence with a new office in Barcelona, joining its locations in Vitoria, Bilbao, Donostia, and Pamplona.
• France-based Gaïana Group acquired TIPSA, S.L., a Spanish software developer for the wine sector. This move, supported by its majority shareholder Meanings Capital Partners, aims to solidify its leadership in European Agrifood software solutions. Tipsa enhances Gaïana’s offerings, particularly in vineyard and winery management, complementing previous acquisitions like Ayanet TIC, also in Spain.
• Grupo IAN (Portobello Capital) has acquired Interoliva, a company based in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla) specializing in the production, packaging, and marketing of olives since 1898.
• PUERTAS PROMA, S.A. has formed a strategic alliance with Adapta Capital to drive its international growth. This partnership will support Puertas Proma’s expansion plans, enhancing its position in the market.
• SEUR has acquired a significant stake in KOIKI , a company specializing in last-mile delivery based on social and sustainable economy principles. This partnership strengthens Seur’s same-day delivery capabilities.
• JUNGLE has acquired the digital consulting firm Mr. Milú, marking its first acquisition since 2022. Mr. Milú employs 45 professionals and specializes in digital strategy, further expanding Jungle’s capabilities in the digital marketing sector
