This morning our colleagues Pablo Gómez Hidalgo de Cisneros, Director and Fernando Cabos, Partner at IMAP Albia Capital, gave a talk to the students of the Master in Management at IE Business School where they talked about M&A and in general about the dynamics of corporate transactions.
