Last Wednesday, November 13th, we held an event invited by Robert Walters in which, together with Gema De Francisco and Guillermo Julio Sáez from Robert Walters, our partner Aitor Cayero, had the opportunity to share knowledge and expertise on the importance of people in an M&A process.
Aitor Cayero, who has participated in and closed multiple M&A operations in his 15 years of experience in various sectors, shared with the audience that people are key in a corporate process. At this event, held in YIMBY of the Sota Building in Bilbao, we had leaders of Family Businesses and HR Directors, who shared their vision on such important challenges as how to adapt to the demand of young talent? How to solve absenteeism problems? What can the family business do to address succession? or how talent prepared and satisfied with their position and work environment, with professional projection and the possibility of development can help the company grow to compete in an increasingly competitive market.
