An incredible afternoon we experienced last Thursday, November 7 in the Stage One Room of SNGULAR to present our report on M&A in the Tech sector.
Firstly, from the hand of Francisco José Hidalgo-Barquero, partner of ALBIA in our Madrid office, we were able to learn about the drivers, success stories, transactions carried out and our future prospects.
Secondly, we moved on to a round table moderated by Rodrigo Miranda Beltrán, Director of DIGITALENT GROUP and in which Pablo Grueso, CMO of SNGULAR and Fran himself participated, where we talked about interesting topics such as Is Spain a country of Product or Service at a technological level?, What is the profile of an entrepreneur in the Tech sector?, How is it developed and where is the real talent in the sector? What profile of investors are betting on technology? o How are companies valued? among many other things.
All this with the participation of an audience passionate about corporate finance.
Finally, we had some “Cañax” and pinchos right there and we shared ideas and impressions with the exchange of cards in a time of quality networking that was very short.
