The firm IMAP Albia Capital has closed six deals so far this year, only one less than in the whole of 2022, and aims to reach 14 before the end of this year. With this figure, it expects to double those completed during the past fiscal year.
“Despite inflation and rising interest rates, the mid-market market with transactions of up to 500 million euros, which is our business activity, is being quite dynamic, which has helped us to close a very positive balance of transactions at the beginning of this year,” says Aitor Cayero, partner of IMAP Albia Capital, specialized in mergers and acquisitions advisory, mergers and acquisitions, member of the IMAP group.”
