Albia IMAP, a leading firm in the Spanish market specialising in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), has acted as financial advisor to MAC Group, a Barcelona-based company specialising in stand design, interior design and the development of experiential spaces for trade fairs, congresses and corporate events, in its integration operation with IRMARFER, in which Adapta Capital has a stake.

The transaction will allow MAC Group to accelerate its growth by relying on an industrial platform with scale, while IRMARFER will strengthen its value proposition by incorporating differential capabilities in design, interior design and execution of complex projects.
