Kardham Group, an independent player integrated into the commercial real estate market, announces the acquisition of Seventy Eight, a Spanish company specialising in Design & Build for the luxury, retail and hospitality sectors. This new step will allow Kardham to accelerate its European expansion strategy, initiated in 2019, and to emerge in high-growth segments.
About KARDHAM GROUP
Kardham is the first independent French group to bring together all the business skills of the real estate value chain: consulting, architecture, space design, engineering and digital. Founded in 1992, the Group supports leading users and professionals in France, Europe and North Africa in all their real estate projects, from the strategic design of projects to their complete delivery. Kardham employs more than 600 people and manages 1,400 projects per year, with a turnover of more than 140 million euros.
“We are thrilled to welcome Seventy Eight to the Kardham family. Although they both operate in Design & Build, Kardham Spain and Seventy Eight S.L. are complementary in terms of the sectors in which they operate, which offers excellent development prospects for each of our Spanish entities. In addition, joining forces with Seventy Eight S.L. launches us into a bold new European adventure with a team that already has a strong international culture,” said Ursula Raidt, Head of Strategic and International Development of Kardham Group.
“The acquisition of Seventy Eight S.L. is part of Kardham’s long-standing strategic commitment to accelerate our European expansion. In addition to geographical diversification, it also reflects our desire to continue our external growth efforts in terms of sector diversification, as long as the opportunities make sense. This is the case for the growth segments of luxury, retail and hospitality, and we are delighted to do so with a company as prestigious and promising as Seventy Eight S.L., Jean-François Couëc, President of the Kardham Group.
