Degree in Law and Diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). He continued his studies by training in Debt Advisory at the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB), Corporate Finance at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF) and in Commercial Contractual Practice at the Complutense University, in addition to studying Philosophy at the UNED.

In 2017 he left Grupo SCA, a spin-off of Deloitte, and founded Empresax, an M&A boutique distinguished by the application of innovative methodologies and technology. In recent years he has led numerous projects of purchase and sale of companies, valuation and strategic consulting, especially in the technology and services sectors. He is co-founder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Podcast, where he interviews entrepreneurs, managers and investors. Every month he organizes “Cañax”, an afterwork that has become a meeting point for those interested in M&A and Private Equity in Spain.

Active member of Foro de Foros, a foundation focused on intergenerational understanding and learning. He is a member of Nova Talent and responsible for the investment community in Spain. She coordinates a book club in the Alexandreia association, whose mission is to expand the culture of books and conversation.

In 2023 and after the merger of Empresax and Albia, he joined as a partner in the Madrid office.
