ReeVo Cloud & Cyber Security has acquired Hispasec, a Spanish cybersecurity firm serving over 300 clients, to strengthen its presence in Spain and accelerate European expansion. This acquisition, part of ReeVo’s international growth strategy, aims to triple its revenue by 2030.


Sustainable Agro Solutions S.A.U. (Stirling Square Capital Partners) acquired Ceres Biotics. This strategic move enhances SAS’s capabilities in microbial biosolutions, complementing its product range and expanding its presence in Europe.


TeamSystem (Hellman & Friedman), an Italian software group, acquired Vigo-based AIG Classic (Tresmares Capital), a Spanish developer of management and accounting software for SMEs, micro-businesses and professionals. The deal expands TeamSystem’s presence in Spain, a key market as mandatory e-invoicing approaches.


Mirai Investments acquired Idistek, a Guipuzkoan company specializing in the design and manufacturing of complex electronic cards and assemblies. This acquisition enhances OHMNIA GROUP, Mirai’s electronics division.


• French education group Eureka Education (Naxicap Partners) has acquired Spanish company Albali Centros de Formación, known for vocational training services.


Devoteam (KKR) has acquired Deiser | Tu partner en transformación digital, an Atlassian Platinum Partner in Spain, to enhance its presence and service offerings in collaborative project management.


t2ó ONE (Aurica Capital) has acquired the Italian creative agency Crafted to enhance its international expansion and creative capabilities. Crafted, known for its strategic creativity and strong client portfolio, will operate independently while integrating with t2ó ONE’s services.


Groupe KILOUTOU acquired CLAVERIA SERVICIOS 2015 SL, a historic reference in the Spanish equipment rental sector based in Binefar (Huesca). This fifth acquisition in just 12 months provides Kiloutou with a new growth driver in the country.


Astara has reached an agreement to acquire Nissan’s operations in Chile and Peru, becoming the official importer of Nissan vehicles and parts in these markets. This deal aims to strengthen their commercial relationship and enhance Astara’s portfolio.
