We  have just published the update on the most relevant data in terms of M&A for the second quarter of 2025 and we can conclude that:

Spanish buyers dominate M&A activity in the enterprise software sector and lead more than half of deals in Spain in Q2 202

We highlight in our summary:

1. Unlike the trend observed in previous quarters, Q2 2025 has been marked by a clear local prominence: 60% of the 28 transactions registered in the sector have been driven by Spanish companies

2. The last quarter has been marked by a high number of international transactions with valuations of more than €1bn, which shows the strong interest in strategic technology assets.

3. In this last quarter, vertical software operations accounted for more than 75% of the total
