• Albia IMAP served as financial advisor to Lekuona in its acquisition of 3G Hidraulicaáulica. This strategic move allows Lekuona to expand its customer base and strengthen its position in the domestic hydraulics market.

• Swedish residential property manager Odevo has acquired Portik Group. The transaction brings Odevo’s global portfolio to over 2.2 million homes and expands its presence into four new markets across Southern Europe and Latin America.

Sabater (Portobello Capital) has acquired HFI Ltd – Hungarian Food Ingredients, a parsley specialist based in Hungary. This marks Sabater’s first international acquisition after halting its 2023 sale process. HFI contributes approximately €4 million in EBITDA, boosting group sales to over €131 million and EBITDA to €31 million.

DIGITALENT GROUP (Magnum Capital) has acquired PROGRESA CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL, a vocational training center in Valencia. This move expands DIGITECH’s national footprint, which already includes campuses in Madrid, Barcelona and Málaga, and boosts its capacity to train over 2,000 students annually in official intermediate and advanced cycles.

Dragados SA (Grupo ACS) has acquired 100% of Chilean industrial assembly firm Fleischmann Chile S.A., reinforcing its strategic expansion in digital infrastructure projects. The acquisition positions Dragados to enhance connectivity capabilities and integrate advanced digital technologies across its global portfolio.

t2ó ONE (Aurica Capital) has acquired a 51% majority stake in creative agency Fly Me To The Moon Agency Moon. Founded in 2006, the agency employs around 60 people and posted €7.5 million in revenue with €1.2 million EBITDA last year.

• Industrial technology group ANDRITZ has signed an agreement to acquire Salico, headquartered in Spain and Italy. Salico, founded in 1978, specializes in advanced finishing equipment for metal flat strip processing and generates around €100 million in annual revenue with a workforce of over 150 experts.

• Seville-based aerospace company INESPASA has purchased a 50% stake in UMI AERO, making it the sole owner of the group. The acquisition consolidates Inespasa’s position in the aerospace sector and marks a strategic move to fully integrate UMI Aero’s capabilities under its corporate umbrella.

Indra has agreed to acquire “El Tallerón,” DF – Duro Felguera’s heavy‑duty boilerworks plant in Gijón. The agreement ensures retention of all 156 plant employees, a critical gesture amid Duro Felguera’s financial restructuring and planned redundancy measures.

Alter Capital has increased its stake in WIFIT GYMS SL to a majority 55%, following an initial minority investment a year ago.
