Atlantic Aviation, a leading aviation services provider, has acquired Ferrovial Vertiports, a specialist in vertiport construction and management, for €150 million. This acquisition enhances Atlantic Aviation’s capabilities in the urban air mobility (UAM) sector, focusing on electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) operations.

ACS has advanced its cohesive strategy by expanding Turner Construction Company in Europe through the acquisition of Dornan, an Irish engineering firm and a leading specialist in the advanced technology sector. This acquisition supports Turner’s strategic growth, tapping into approximately $20 billion in advanced technology project opportunities in Europe, particularly in data centers in the Netherlands and Spain.

Veolia has acquired IMARTEC ENERGIA, a Catalan energy services company specializing in the development of EPC projects for biomass and solar power plants, primarily targeting the agricultural and industrial sectors.
