In 2024, 55 operations were registered in the Transport and Logistics sector in Spain, reaching the highest number of company sales in the last three years (32 in 2022 and 47 in 2023) and with a growing presence of financial investors that is present in 21% of operations. By Autonomous Communities, Madrid and Catalonia stand out, which together represent 36% of all operations, with the Basque Country, Valencian Community, Murcia and Aragon behind.

The road transport segment stands out, with 32 operations, of which 14 have been in temperature-controlled transport, which has also been in the investment focus in recent years.
