Last 28 th August, Ricardo Dávila, partner at ALBIA | IMAP, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), delivered an engaging Master Class for the Professional Certification of the Consultant in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Salamanca and doinGlobal, with participants from all over the world.
As Financial Advisors in an M&A process, we were able to share our experience and knowledge on what happens and how to manage the activity of the new company after signing a business sale agreement.
This is the beginning of the challenge for companies that have taken the step of undertaking a corporate transaction. It is a crucial point to ensure the merger’s success, and we believe that quality time must be dedicated in advance to managing and preparing for what will happen from day one: who the leaders will be, what the objectives will be, how the transaction will be communicated internally and externally, and how the cultural transformation of both merged companies will be addressed, among other important points.
