IMAP Albia Capital has provided advice to the shareholders of  AGROCOMPLEX-FONCASAL regarding the incorporation of the portuguese group BRASMAR as a strategic partner of the company.

The entry of this partner,  which has acquired 100% of the share capital, is aimed at consolidating the presence of the company  in the mediterranean and North American markets where FONCASAL has an important presence.
