IMAP ALBIA CAPITAL ADVISES AZOL GAS IN THE SALE OF A MAJORITY STAKE TO INDUHOLD
IMAP Albia Capital has advised the shareholders of Azol Gas in the sale of a majority stake to Induhold Participaciones, an industrial holding company promoted by Enrique Arriola, former Managing Director of the Tubos Reunidos Group, and by Fernando Castresana, previously CEO of the Tryo Group. Together with the promoters, Kaizaharra Corporación Empresarial – KCE – and the Garavilla family have acted as partners in this project.
About Azol Gas
Azol Gas is the leading Spanish manufacturer of nitrogen gas springs. Azol Gas designs, develops, manufactures and markets nitrogen gas springs for die-casting and stamping of metal components, addressing 80% of its sales to international markets.
